How to Read a Zi Wei Dou Shu Chart

The Basic Structure

12 Palaces (十二宫)
Section titled “12 Palaces (十二宫)”The chart is divided into 12 sections, each representing a life domain:
- 命宫 (Ming Gong) - Life Palace
- 兄弟宫 (Xiong Di) - Siblings Palace
- 财帛宫 (Cai Bo) - Wealth Palace

- 官禄宫 (Guan Lu) - Career Palace

Reading Your Chart Step by Step

Warning signs:
- Too many “killing stars” (煞星) = challenges
